Burcu Dal Gökalp has over twenty years of experience on diversified areas of law that any multinational group company and the investors may ever need. She worked as an associate in reputable law firms based in Istanbul for long years and as legal counsel in Eczacıbaşı Group for more than ten years. As an attorney who had the opportunity to act both as a law firm associate and an inhouse legal counsel, she has been equipped with the deep experience and know-how to notice the needs of corporate entities, shareholders, management and the investors, to find rapid and tailor-made solutions for any type of complex transactions or day to day activities and to give strategic advice from tip to toe at all levels and aspects.

During her career, her main focuses were mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, contracts law and competition law. She has worked on and leaded remarkable mergers and acquisitions deals, joint ventures deals in nearly all major sectors and on all types.

She also oversees startup law, capital markets law, real estate law and compliance matters, particularly on data protection law. She actively participated on the compliance of Eczacıbaşı Group Companies with the new private law legislations that came into force between 2011-2021.
